Expenses associated with travel are fully reimbursable provided that you follow the Aspiring PI Summit - 2023 CISE EWF PI Meeting Travel Reimbursement Guidelines provided here in PDF. These guidelines are based on the NSF’s policies and procedures for travel reimbursement which may be different from those at your institution. Below are a Quick Reimbursement Guide and a Travel Meal Planner. But it is also important to read the FULL Guidelines so that all of your expenses remain reimbursable.
